Thanks! It's really nice to hear you enjoy ESPresso.
Command line args (or in general - kind of a batch processing mode) sounds like a great idea. I'll get familiar with ATOM IDE to see if I could prepare some kind of 'tight' integration.
There is however a Python script called 'luatool' (https://github.com/4refr0nt/luatool) that supports OTA code uploading and launching remote files from command line. I've never tried it but it also may help.
