Downloading and installing the new Arduino IDE for ESP8266

#14243 Still no joy even with board plugged into COM5 and that selected as the port. The thing that really bugs me is that even in the full 1.6.1 windows download from git it still doesn't work, it isn't just me trying to add it into an existing Arduino install. Tried the obvious restart of the PC and still nothing.

It works, Now it appears, but when I try to upload the WiFiWebServer example it fails

error: failed reading byte
warning: espcomm_cmd: cant receive slip payload data
warning: espcomm_send_command(FLASH_DOWNLOAD_BEGIN) failed
