Connecting ESP12 for normal function or programming modes

below configurations are good?

VCC -> 3.3v
GND -> GND
RST -> Pull up 10K
EN -> Pull up 10K
GPIO15 -> Pull down 10K
GPIO0 -> Pull up 10K
GPIO2 -> Pull up 10K

Please confirm above is minimum requirement to run an ESP12,
