I like this a lot but I really would like to display WiFi channel numbers as well.
Though I've searched and searched I have not found out how to get them.
Can anyone help?

Hi nigelbe,
Really good question!. I am sure that the API does not expose the channel, this I agree would be a really good option.
Possibly available in later SDK versions?

there is already something like WiFi.printDiag( serial ) but unfortunately not in WiFi.scanNetworks() built variable.
