I have the same question - which nonos-sdk to select in the Arduino IDE?
I believe the +100 version is default.
Better to use the latest 119?

The only answer I had about this is that is not possible to shut up the 8266 completely on boot.

Nothing about the versions to use, sorry.

Turn debug totally off and best version to use
