Ah OK! I have seen the partition option FS-2MB - OTA 1019KB in the Arduino IDE.
So I still have got some room left...

I'm interested in what is taking 1100 lines of code and 400+k - it sounds very big to me. Can you give us an overview of what you are doing / what libraries you use? there may be easy ways to reduce that size.

I would guess HTML as strings in code
