I am getting the error : pyserial or esptool directories not found next to this upload.py

Can anyone help me?

You need to say what you have installed and how?

For example, if you installed via Git then a common oversight is to miss out the step which initialises the sub-modules which include the esptool material.

I have installed it by arduino installation
