Hello. I have two NodeMCU ESP8266. One of them worked without reboots for ~2 weeks with the Blynk MQTT server. After that, she stopped going online. When loading the WiFi Scan sketch into it, it does not show any networks. At the same time, the second board showed the networks, and connected to them regularly.
