Thanks for asking me some pic!
From one pic (http://imgur.com/q6LbIED) I noticed a strange solder on the TXD pin, I checked with a multimeter and that damn pin was bad soldered.

I fixed that soldering and I tried to upload a sketch: it works!!

I'm soooo sorry for this trouble, without that picture of the circuit I couldn't notice that strange solder... I solved the issue and I don't need a new ESP12 anymore. :D

Taking a picture of solderings may be a good practice to find a bad solder because there aren't reflections and you can zoom in!

Yeah it is tricky sometimes its always when you think you may know it all that you get hit with them simple things.

I see it plain as day too now! I was actually looking at another joint on the esp as well but did not quite catch that one but indeed a good pic always helps I got a magnifying headset I use for when I solder just because of issues like that.
