Analog read using GPIO2 in esp8266-1

I have been trying to program my esp-1 board with analog read command and it only reads 0 or 1023.

- Thu Mar 03, 2016 2:35 am #42293 no, the analog input is a special pin not available on the pinheader of the esp-01.
If you are very good at soldering and have a steady hand you might be able to solder a wire at ADC/TOUT (pin 6 of chip).
