ESP8266 Community Forum

Hi,
after compiling and installing the latest Version of ESP8266 Arduino on my Mac, i could not find the complete examples which are present in the folder hardware/esp8266com/esp8266/libraries/.
Is this intended cause they are not running or why are they missing?

There should be an examples folder in the first directory and then in libraries each library has an examples folder ie /libraries/examples.

If you don't have it perhaps you have a bad download or there is a problem with the release for mac?

If its just for 1 library you cant find like /SFE_BMP180/Examples/
then maybe you don't have the library named properly on your machine.
