It is an access system.
For security reasons, the user wants to change the port after initial setup, automatically.
Is intended for the case of power failure.
To restart, the HTTPD starts in standard port and after a few seconds switch to another port.

For 'security reasons'? You are aware of the existence of port scanners? A changed port is about as secure as hiding your jewels under a transparent bit of foil.

They are project requirements , I can not change.
Anyway , it would be interesting to provide a function to stop the service.
Some indication of how?
It is possible with a destructor?
