Thank you for the the reply.
I wil try esptool.py as you suggested and see if i can get this to work.
On the Esspressif forum i found a post wich claims that the maximum
flash size is 128mb.

I tried all the unused bitcombinations for flash size with esptool.py without any luck.
Maybe this is why they are only selling 32mb esp8266 modules.

- Sat Sep 19, 2015 1:14 am #29411 Yes, probably. I'm sure that espressif could add support to the sdk for larger flash sizes, but until they do there is no point selling devices with larger flash.
