That is great news. I have not used an ESP-01 but have been eyeing them as a super simple device, I think I could make it work for the clock project. Only 3 PWM outputs. :)

At least one of us is. I'm new to the ESP and still learning. I haven't "upgraded" yet, but probably will once I feel more comfortable with the module.
