Hmm,

I downloaded the new flasher only about a week ago....
I see the github is 4 months old
It would be nice if one could tell what bin version is attached with the flasher.

Maybe I am downloading the flash which has the latest bin from the wrong place?

Code: Select allhttps://github.com/esp8266/Basic/raw/NewWebSockets/Flasher/ESP_Basic_Flasher.exe

It was suggested that we start adding a version number to the flasher IDK if that suggestion ever reached the desk though.

Anyhow above is the direct link to what you need!

Did a reflash with the new flasher - now at v3 A5

The temperature is now working and updating.

The thing i notice now is the whole screen blanks out for every refresh.... in the old v2 - only the htmlvars updated... the screen never blanked out... not good.
The code must need some other changes to stop the flashing screen refresh... getting closer.........
