I suggest RoboRemo, they have a free version with upto 5 things on their UI limit, enough for a RC boat i am making. it's pretty simple, easy, and yes they have documentation and all GUI driven. I wasted a lot of time trying other things when I wanted sliders that I could define.
AND important to me unlike Bynk I do not have to use a internet server or pay for stand alone. bynk is scammy imao
