Can I freely use "cut and paste", "copy and paste", cut, delete, insert etc. ?

I ask because sometimes Edit make strange Things:
1) I got double lines with the same text after a Save and Open. Try to delete the line and Save Again, then Open and the line is still there.
2) Add some more lines to the code, Save it and then Open or Run, but the added lines has not been saved.
3) Try to modify some text, examble "fields/1/last.json" to "fields/2/last.json" then Save then Open Again, but the modification has not been saved
4) When editing a line of code, sometimes another line disappear.

I use Internet Explorer 11 and Danish keyboard

Any ideas on what is going on ?

- Thu Nov 26, 2015 7:39 am #35051 I have never seen that behavior, but I'm using Firefox on Linux. Can you confirm the symptoms with another browser besides IE? How about a different computer?

Does the length of the program matter?

- Thu Nov 26, 2015 8:28 am #35054 Problems whit Chars e.g. äöü... ? this is a Chairset Problem never use them by Programming, have you test "Settings" - "Format" this will Reset your ESP.

- Thu Nov 26, 2015 10:53 am #35068 I have now installed Google Chrome, and that Works much much better, no errors so far. Before I also got errors when reading the channel on ThingSpeak (writing was ok), now the readings are stable.
