A little recommendation.
Rename to ESP8266 Cookbook by Niel Kolban as "The Esp book" is hard to locate using file search.
And "Kolbans Book on the ESP8266" (used on cover) isn't used in the file name.
Sorry just a niggly thing that causes me to loose the file when I want to read it.

Not a problem. I renamed the book and link to be "Kolbans Book on the ESP8266". Don't give a second thought to commenting on small things that will make this contribution more usable to you. The small things I can change quickly
