#52841 I couldn't find much info online about how the esp8266 pins behave in deep sleep, reset and while restarting - so I decided to check with an oscilloscope and a selection of pull up / pull down resistors. You can see the results below - each pin is tested in deep sleep, reset and restart with 1k, 10k and 100k pull up and down resistors and with no load (except the 1M input impedance oscilloscope).

I used a "WeMos mini D1 v2" module which uses an "ESP-12F" module, so some of the pins have external pull up/down/reset/LED circuitry - I've tried to note where that's the case.

If you want higher resolution images and some more details, they're available here.

Apologies for the misspelling of impedance in the table :)
