#16141 Keep Things Organised and Structured

I noticed a post for Altium Libs in the Documents Forum, so to keep things organised I thought I add one for KICAD in the same Forum.

Originally I intended to create a GIT repository for my efforts but I later found an existing repo so now this post can serve as a reference for any ESP8266 Kicad Library or related repositories.

Links to related GIT repositories:

https://github.com/jdunmire/kicad-ESP8266
  • Contains: 01, 07v2, 12 & 201
  • No 3D (I might play around with build some)...
...

Will add more if and when I find them (better to have one good resources)...

#18915 I added 3d models and changed the footprints for the ESP-12 and ESP-07v2 parts. The new footprints have through holes on each pad to line up with the holes on the modules.

The footprints and symbols still haven't been tested, so use with caution.
