in my copy of the book, any idear why ?
First occurrence on page 94, section WiFi at startup.

- Mon Feb 08, 2016 9:07 pm #40753 As I have been editing materials .... I use Libre Office for word processing. I recently used "Cut" to extract some sections and then "Paste" to paste them in elsewhere. It seemed to have confused the editor with respect to maintaining references. It was most disappointing. What I have to do now is walk through the document, find the broken links and find out where they should point and manually re-associate them.
