Looks ok normaly on pwr up one led always stays on until output is enabled

no joy. ... checked all connections, reflashed using nodemcu flasher once with 0x0 and second time with 0x4 each time with its respective bin file. esp8266_tpm2net_ws2812-master
no activity with blue led, no led turn on on powerup... ...

What esp module are you using and what are the connections
