I just wanted to give a heads up, that Blynk the apps have been released, as well as the device support for esp8266. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks great.

i've used it a bit, with the current 1.0 release it works just for digital pins, read/write really because you can t select esp8266 in the ios app at least. once the update hits the app store you should be able to easily control an esp
