They have 8 Mbit like writed above in startup.

i already try many firmware and the strange is always the same cmds issue.

Have a look at this thread on the forum, this guy had the same problem.
According to him, he could solve it by clearing the entire flash first before flashing the actual firmware:

The problem was solved.
I erased the chip (25F08) and uploaded the firmware again on empty flash.
Strange case, but it works :)

Is not same problem, my modules make the scan but not list the names of avaible network.
also not reponde at some cmds, (even not a "fail").

Maybe so, but have you at least tried his solution? :roll:
(You also have to try things yourself, you know)
