I am able to flash the bootloader, APP and partition file

Settings in menu configuration
- flash - qio
flash size: 4MB
flash freq - 40Mhz
ESP32 XTAL: 26 Mhz
ESP32 CLK: 80 Mhz
GPIO PIN to blink: 2 (blue LED)

However, after flashing, the LED is not blinking.

Has anyone managed to run some example successfully?
Any idea on why it doesn't work?
