#11319 I tried disconnecting the ds18b20 and connecting ch_pd as you guys said. Then i saw that the led glowed really weak.

So i tried with another power source i had and then it worked.

So i guess my problem was the power supply.

Thank you all for your help :)

#24626 I had this same problem with an ESP8266-12 and fought with it for a few days. When connected to a computer via USB/FTDI cable, life was good. As soon as it was powered from a 5v supply (2A Cell Phone Charger), the LEDs lit up and it appeared to boot but WiFi was unavailable. Adding to my confusion, a laptop running Linux would pickup the WiFi signal but my Windows PC and Android cellphone did not.

In the end I replaced the 10uF Capacitor with a much larger one (220uF) on the output side of the voltage regulator (AMS1117) to solve my problem. My beginner-level soldering skills may have also contributed to the need for extra capacitance within the circuit.
