ESP12 weird Range issue

I made a few PCBs with an ESP12 on them. On one of them, I am having a weird range issue: The range is extremely short, 5 Meters are maximum. Is it possible, that the ESP on the board is broken? All other boards use the exact same components, including the same power supply and layout and code, just one of them has this issue.
I really hope someone has another Idea what might be the cause here.
