- Fri Nov 23, 2018 2:27 pm #79248 One technically correct way would be to use an optocoupler between live and the sensor pin via several Megohm resistor or look up the TT6061A ds for correct circuit of external input if available.
This kind of "extension" was standard on vintage telefunken devices.

I suppose I'll just have to go buy one of those wifi dimmable light bulbs, which is probably more sensible than this anyway. Would have been nice to find how to do it though, just for academic interest.
