esp8266-12e 1.7 AT firmware problem

hello i have upload the last AT firmware as the image shows but after reset i dint get on terminal the ready message
any help? im not so experience with esp8266 but i believe i have the hex address and files correct!

What do you get when you set the Baud rate to 9600 Baud (or 74880 Baud which should give you the boot messages)? :idea:
