You have commented all the code in loop sections, except this one: state= coap.loop(); why's so??? Btw which board you are using Arduino Pro Mini?

You should first try examples from the library, test your circuit and components and then make changes in the code.

it's the libraries example code, i havent changed anything but only edited ssid, password and IP thats all
