Luc Volders, has posted a comprehensive tutorial, on displaying temperatures on a web page, with gauges.
He has also put up a subsequent tutorial on displaying the temperatures using a linechart

He uses a Dallas DS18B20 digital thermometer, but says you can easily replace that with data from any sensor you like.

I recommend you follow his tutorials using a Dallas DS18B20.

Once you are comfortable with how things work, you can try modifying the set-up to your sensor of choice.
