Can you get the simple blink sketch to run?
I see from your screenshot you are trying to run FireBaseDemo_esp8266.
Have you installed the correct FireBase library?
What Firebase project are you following? Have you read any comments made? If so have you tried any of the fixes?

It would make more sense if you'd also put your script here as well and the stack trace in plain text and not as an image (please use the [ code ] tags).
