Windows 10 can provide a mobile hotspot from another WiFi.
This is really convenient to prepare my devices (usually ESP8266 / ESP32 in combination with Raspberry Pi) for working in other WiFi environments than my actual one.
I just can replicate with the mobile hotspot the SSID and password used by the destination.
It's easier to set up than the dedicated router that i used previously to do the job..
Android can do it as well, but need the WiFi to come from 3,4,5 G Wireless Radio.
