ESP8266 proximity device scsnner

Thanks for any help. Is it posible to scan all the mobile device nearby to ESP8266. I am interested in knowing the mac id and SSID of the devices (iOS/Android/Windows Phone). AT command can find all the Access points but not the mobile devices.
