Hi!
I was testing the unvarnished transmission mode by trying to send messages from the arduino monitor serie in one PC to the putty terminal on another.
I defined a single conection and entered AT+CIPSEND; imeadiatly the wrap returned ">" so was working on unvarnished transmission mode; but the messages were never showed on the puttys terminal. The I was trying to go back to the command mode by sending "+++" but the module stayed on unvarnished transmission mode.
When I restarted it, the following message was recieved:
‚‚ò—=‡>’Ж„R’ö>Yƒ
Cž² GŸ=NÖŸ–2%˙هF
> //As you ca se the module is still on unvarnished transmission mode
Ai-Thinker Technology Co. Ltd.
ready

And it doesnt respond to AT commands.

Has someone established comunication form Arduino to a PC using these way of trasminssion.

Thanks!

This looks like CRLF issue ...
Are you sending both CR and LF after your AT commands ?

Most firmwares needs both CR and LF, so AT<CR><LF>.
