sorry for the noob question..my ftdi is this one:
https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9873do i have to follow the turorial for the ftdi which HAS the dtr and reset,or the one which doesnt have the dtr and reset?

also,the led is on when i wire everything like the tutorial...is that right?or it shouldnt??
