ESP-12E with NodeMCU firmware, does not response for AT

I've just received esp-12e from China and started to do some things with it. First of all I upload Nodemcu FW, all connections are correct. I can upload some lua scripts but they don't work(led does not blink) and I cannot get response for AT commands like "AT"
Tried on different baudrates and nothing... Is this FW work correctly on esp-12e?

I am new to all this myself, my biggest problem was having multiple terminals on the comm port open. Which for the basic LED and button scripts I switched over to this method in this forum
