As you proposed I connected the FTDI -GND pin to ESP-GND
line feeding continuously stoped
But there is no respond to AT command at all

changed bit rate to 9600
and now AT commands work !!!!!

So I can connect to the esp at 9600 bit rate to change it I need to upgrade the firmware

Witch tool to use XTCOM_UTIL.EXE or esp8266_flasher ?
where to get the latest firmware?

1) http://espressif.com/new-sdk-release/
2) NodeMCU- https://github.com/nodemcu/nodemcu-flasher

I think If I just need the AT commands option then I should use the espressif firmware (should I use this firmware?)
But if I would like to program it maybe I need the NodeMCU, Installing per the instruction on http://randomnerdtutorials.com/esp8266-web-server/
I will try it later on
