I download the flasher file https://github.com/nodemcu/nodemcu-flasher/blob/master/Win64/Release/ESP8266Flasher.exe?raw=true
Only changed to 9600 baudrate to match my esp8266-03

but the flasher does not recognize the mac address and can't flash
any idea?

GPIO0 to GND and RESET !
Set speed to default 230400! 9600bd is very slow.
