I'm also interested in this.
I tried searching on the ANATEL site and didn't see any model in there.

I was wondering if it wasn't expressif's interest, if anyone (not the manufacturer) could start the homologation process.
Here are the requirements for doing so (in Portuguese): https://techinbrazil.com.br/como-obter- ... ela-anatel

One of the requirements is for the factory to be ISO 9001 Certified, so that could be a problem since all the factories are Chinese.

Assembling the ESP8266 in a Brazilian Factory and then start the homologation process a possibility?
I think that would be way expensive.

Do you know of any other WiFi modules that are homologged in Brazil?

Filipe, parece que esse modulo é homologado no Brasil (this is homologated in Brazil)
http://www.embarcados.com.br/hlk-rm04-hi-link/

Homologacao:

Mas é muito caro e nao acha tao facilmente quanto o esp8266 (but is too expensive here and not so easily found here in Brazil)

Em 3 meses teremos um modulo baseado no ESP32 homologado pela ANATEL.
