UPDATE from my last question:

I was able to communicate using UDP multicast!

But I was only successful when I used the UPnP multicast IPAddress and port which is 239.255.255.250 on port 1900. I am not sure if this is because of my Virgin Mobile Router named commercially as Valerie. But I have a big hunch that my Wifi Router has something to do with why I was not able to do UDP broadcast using other address such as 224.1.1.3. I will have to look deeply on the settings of my Wifi Router. I may have to use my other Wifi Router to see any difference.
Also I noticed my Router 192.168.2.1 is sending me some information every couple of minutes on my Serial COM.
Very interesting!
