ESP8266 Community Forum

Hi,

I've a problem I've connect my ESP8266 to my Arduino Micro correctly (I followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9QZkCQSHnko).

But my ESP8266 don't answer to my command in the consol of Arduino's software.

I tried every setting (Baud and mode) but it still didn't answer. I've tried with Arudino uno too doesn't work too.

And I've a Red led in my ESP8266.

Did You try to exchange RX with TX ? For me it helped

You need flash your esp to custom firmware first,after this you can use it with arduino.

Thanks for the help.

Well I've tried to switch RX and TX but it doesn't change.

And I've a problem when I try to flash the firmware. The Software connect to the ESP and I don't know why. My setting seems to be correct.
