I will update to new version and search how to replace python 2.7 w/ V3 on my mac.

Thank you for your time and patience on my issue.
I changed OS Catalina's Python default to Python 3.8.
And I upgraded the board to version 2.6.2.
So now the 'ESP8266 Sketch Data Upload' works.
