Thank you very much for your reply.
After talking with a few others in the gitter chat, I decided to try a fresh PC all together with the chocolatey installer, and it worked perfectly. So, the problem is related to my main machine somehow.
I think I might have borked up eclipse by running a tutorial and I'm not sure what the problem is on my machine, but I'm working on fixing it.
After one last try I'll give your instructions a go. Thanks!
