The SPIFFS code has changed a lot since then ...

I read little that's posts...As i understand, Ficeto take displeasure what another users used his code...And since July, he not reply the posts on forum....It's a pity!

No. The whole history is a bit political, some problems between Ficeto and Anakod about author's credits.

here is sming project https://github.com/anakod/Sming . it has http ajax example. its using spiff file system on internal flash. you can start with example. also it has ftp server for file uploading.
