Hi Antori,
I have a very similar issue,
the ESP runs well for 8-100h and then will loose Wifi. Code will run but the Wifi functions are irresponsive:
no connection can be established.
it seems wifi is not active.
restart() or reset() will not help.
The only way to restore connectivity is to perform power cycle.
were you able to find the issue of Wifi not connecting?

Should be "MY ESP runs well for 8-100h and then will loose Wifi."
I currently have a nodemcu and a ESP-12F that have been running for 6 months without a wifi problem
