any help? im not so experience with esp8266 but i believe i have the hex address and files correct!

- Wed Jan 16, 2019 3:25 am #80086 What do you get when you set the Baud rate to 9600 Baud (or 74880 Baud which should give you the boot messages)?

Assumption is the mother of all f*ckups. At least: that's what I'm assuming.
