Connect a w5500 to esp-01 which library should I use?

- Thu Apr 11, 2019 2:22 am #81686 I don't think a library should be the real problem, but the chosen ESP-board is: the W5500 uses SPI and it will be pretty hard to get that working on an ESP-01. :idea:

- Thu Apr 11, 2019 2:29 am #81687 Same comment on the choice of module. use either a dev module like Wemos or an ESP-12 to get access to the pins needed for the interface. Personally I never use the ESP-01 as more flexible modules are no more expensive.
