The new board is pretty to look at but ugly to use. The old board was ugly to look at but pretty to use.

The new forum looks pretty, but:
- it is SLOW, and a page seems to build up in several chunks (try it on on iPad1, it's horrible)
- the contrast of the colors is much lower, making it more difficult to read.

Perhaps admin could investigate the issues.
