My own "H4/Plugins" firmware uses SSL connections to a remote API to get Sunrise / Sunset times and my latest MQTT library "Pangolin" uses MQTT over TLS, so Im not sure why so many folk think its difficult or can't be done!

My bad - I read "SSL" not "SSH" doh!
